Delete Your Knotify Account

Send a deletion request using either method below:

1. From the app: Open Knotify → go to Settings → scroll to the Danger Zone section → tap Delete Account, and follow the on-screen instructions to contact support.
2. By email: Send a message to products.qubixcode@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Knotify Account” from the email address associated with your Google Sign-In, so we can verify the request.

We process deletion requests manually and will confirm by email once your account and data have been deleted, within 30 days of your request.

Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account and sign-in record (Firebase Authentication).
• Your profile information (name, email, profile photo).
• All invitations and save-the-dates you created, including wedding details and uploaded photos.
• Every guest list tied to your invitations — guest names, phone numbers, email addresses, dietary preferences, and RSVP responses.

We do not retain any of your personal data after a deletion request is completed, except where we're required to keep limited records to comply with the law.

You don't need to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Within the app, you can:

• Open a guest's profile from a guest list and tap Remove Guestto delete that guest's details and RSVP response.

For removal of an entire invitation or any other data not yet editable in-app, email products.qubixcode@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
